Valentine day with Huayi sec sch (1star)

Date: 15 Feb 2008 (Thurs) Time: 1.36am
Yesterday i coaching at Water Venture Kallang for 1star. It was only 23 student, 3 were nt in the water but the turn up.
We spilt them in to grps of 6 6 8, after the thoery and equipment.For myside, we only managed to cover until capsize drill. One were almost not intented to do. I motivated her to tried it, finally she does it by motivated frm her sch mate.
I was the one who help and support her. She not there to lean her kayak, so i give her a support by slowly help her to turn the kayak capsize. When she ready i ask her to lean, and i slowlly let go. She does well, with tap the hull 3 times, and ejected out frm the kayak. Can read tru her face, she felt a sense of acheivement.
After the coz, i with another 2 trainer go golden mile had drinks. one of the trainee coach who stay the same place as mind. So since same journey, I share with him my own coaching experience. Hope he can apply it, and cleared his Lvl 1 coaching assesment.
