O ya long time nver blog haha!!
Hi everyone, really my life sudden change this few days. No more Tae Kwon Do coaching!
I officially decided to leave my tkd grps, coz i feel that i not good enough to be with the rest of the juniors.
I feel that everyone is trying gain power and status, why TKD is always full of politics?
Wat ever i done wat ever i do, nothing to be work for them?
Whenever i offered help they rejected me.
I use my heart and soul to coach the student, and nver be reconise.
Wat the hell it this?
well! Wat is the real leadership quality to them?
To me: A real coach suppose to help one n other make things worked, but not backstepping behind one another.
To Me: If a Coach having problem, student will suffer.
To me: A real leadership is nt abt gaining power, but try the best to teach and guide,towards outerside and innerside of the trainer heart. Nver the less always think the student feeling.
Wat happen to MEGAForce? Sir always siding them, and he wants me follow they foot step.
Importantly is i work willingly for them and not been paid. If i were them, they should appreciate me.
well, no point tok so much. Coz i alr consider not part of them alr
Best part is my sir havent paid me and took away all my classes, see i really dout of his own professionalisim. Nver investigate any thing just take this kind of action!
Now in Tae Kwon Do, I'm floating in the air and no land for my landing.
May god send me a land??

Well come to my kayaking, I enjoy my 2star coz recently. Although i got defered my L2 coaching assesment.
This coz let me know lot of really interested on kayaking, they are potentially my kayaking fren and maybe my kayaking partner.
Hope things goes well on sat, and may god bless them have a good memory and safe with passing the 2star cert.
Look 4ward on tis sat, and is time to see the student collecting the cert with smiling face again lolx.
Hope to see them back for 3star soon
Really very good experience towards this coz, especially coaching with jiahui.
Me n jiahui same yr take coaching, but her coaching method is much more matured then me many times. Why?? that i need to do my own reflection le. Have to improve on my own management, organising and communication skill le.
Is good to improve now, rather than when i passed my L2, going for my L3 coaching may face more prob. Coz Lvl 3 coaching and above need to have good organising skill and communication skills, else we may have a hard time to coach the 3star too.
3star in involve lots of high risk skills, espcially those skills with on the move and eskimo roll. yeah more rescue prepare to teach them also. Oh ya! Need to conduct coaching assesment and cozes for the junior lvl coach too. Is part of my dream haha
2star is high risk skills is bow rudder and eskimo bow rescue.
haha got to accept lifes is full of up and down, happy and sad.
Well lucky i got lots of good student in coming sat, where can cover my sadness and replace to my happiness.
haha really fortunate to know many good ppl in kayaking
