After my lunch and took bus reached prssc abt 3.30pm, chat with the staff and carried the kayak went down to beach, did some kayaking skills and back abt 4.50pm.

After bath, went to the office chated with the staff.

Me : Wat is the experience coach to u all?

staff: An experience, is whom ever to delivered and show the skill well to the student. Able to conduct lesson more summarised at the same time student able to ez understand.

A trainer should be able to know the stuff beyong his coaching level.

So that when student ask, the trainer able to answer correctly and confidently. That will carried trainer good impression to the student as well.

A Trainer should be able to know the organisation and the coz content well, also not over coach beyong the star needed.

Quite beneficial on today, thru the time was short.

Discovered another phase today:
We until today still learn how to do effective communication.
