My Lvl 2 coaching assesment is asses unintentionally.
After sat final day 2star coz attachment, immidatelly assement on the next day.
ok thats tok abt my 2star attachment on 27,28 may and 3 june (sat).
Tis grp was a mixture grp, it a bit hyperactive. If not aware wat they doing, it may coz them self injury. Coz they always do things w.o we aware. Like anyhow find a place capsize, dont like to follow instruction unintentionally. But overall is a grp, where can ez to share and refine lots of skills. Its a only grp where and eskimo bow rescues has hip frick. It quite potential to be a future good kayaker and maybe a trainer. But skill need to polished, especially hyperactive attitude need to be fine tune.
Anyway, I can feel the appreciation frm them, when all of them received the certificate frm me. And i felt the achievement too. =) Hope to see them back to 3star training coz, during july kekee.. it may under Lee Meng Teck muhahaha!! =D Lets See Show =)
Morn reached the changi abt 0920, my assesor haven arrived. I got ready everything and organised the student in the class rm. When my assesor reached, he told me that is no assesment coz, he only able to make it on 2days instead of full coz. I replied him like " HUH '??
When he took over is like the way he explain things, like no mood to coach the lesson. I can read is body language and action. After the student prepare the Dancer to the beach, my assesor was ask them to do the capsize drill w/o a demo to them. The student was like not sure wat to do, coz they already 1 yr nver kayak.
After Lunch, I took over. I brought the student to the beach, and lauched off also refined they are 1star skills. Followed by teach them all 2star skills, is like most of the stroke still need to refine.

Sweep stroke
Classic draw
J stroke
Sculling draw
High n Low recovery
Low brace turn
Back to shore. -------------- Buliding blk of eskimo bow rescues
Washing kayak and equipment. =)
briefing of next week, kayaking expedition wat to pack and water proof the food.

And the student motivated then morn lesson. Coz i keep chit chatting with them, while conducted the lesson. Lucky sia!!
After the coz, the staff told me that my assesor said i'm good. They ask me jia ya for next 2days.
Coz my assesor is a L4 coach, standard quite high de. So at least i did it haha! =D
I replied them haha thx ya! =) , I went to office and checked the board, my name is under assesment. So ya i confirmed is an assesment le haha!
Hope tis sat will be a sucessful one, i predict this sat might be I handle the coz of my own only. Coz is just a handful student only.
