To me I feel that in this world, thats no perfect and best leader!
A good leader = Understanding leader

1. Leadership is not a rite, Its responsiblilities. who always upgrade them self in other stuff, rather then just only own stuff.
2. Not threatening or enforce but inference
3. A good leader whom is not fix things rite or wrong, but only recommand the way to him or her member. Coz different satuation, diff solving ways.
4. A good leader whom is able to feel the feeling of others instead of him or herself only.
5. A good leader whom able to react satuation properly! ( But not threatening)
6. A good leader whom knows him or her role well, instead of interfere ppl rites.
7. A good leader whom able to predict or read the change of wind direction
8. A good leader is whom able to do RAM = Risk Assesment Management in all places
9. A good leader is whom known when to come into guide and leave the ppl along.
10, A good leader is not only able to spot ppl bad points, but able to make use of the ppl weak point to make it as good points.
11. A good leader, who is the one not shouting when unnecessary and able to pass the instruction well at once to the member.
12. Also not only gain respect frm their company but outsider too.
