On 8 and 9 jan was my 1st 1star kayaking course of the year 2005, the course was taking with zhihao. Although zhihao is younger then my abt 8 yrs, but he is a experience coach.
Abt this 2 day courses, i had seen zhihao coach and i'm just his helping hand. The way he coached is very simplified and short and shape, of course with me skill demo and our refinement to the student, the student most of them can very easy to understand and hands on.
Wat i had learned frm him is coach skill with building block, like boat body blade, coach them step by step. Explanation short but not too long, is like 2 or 3 points at a time. Can find that we have more time to let student praticing and refining one at the time.
Me and zhihao each of us take terms to coach a few skills, most of it i was demo.
This couses is a great sucessful coaching in my yr 2005, hope will be carry on like this tru out the years.
