Today i was coached the Kayaking expedition for St Gabrile Sec Sch, we kayaked to the Pasir ris and back to club. At the morn we shared to them how to amaking and disamaking also how to paddle and controlling the kayak and was a sucessful course.
That is an incident happened to me on afternoon, Yiling and Meng Teck their told me that my Low recovery coaching method is not right. Its supposed to be the blade recovery with low posture instead of high holding paddle posture, I will take not on that.
