Yo!! i am back today and this week is my last week of no job day, hope this is the final one. I will be start my new job. I was stop working since 6 yrs ago, because i desided to upgrade my self as a diploma student.
ok.. this week i consider as my own kayaking revision day because no coaching, on the sat 28 augs o was reaching the club abt 1030am, I was kayaking with 2 of my RP student : Seroy and Charmaine, I was revise with them all the resues the they need to know and pratice. and little bit of 2 star skills.
On myself i was practicing my 1 to 3star skills and also my own 4star skills surfing on the small waves. On the afternoon, i was did capsize drills with the2 RP student away frm shore abt 100m away and tow back the kayak. After that abt 3pm we pack up and wash up our kayak and our self.
on the sun morn, I was reached club with jiahui abt 0940am. We was buying food for Meng teck and staff. After that we meet Eugene and Kian How, we went to unbin expedition. The journey is like that frm changi ssc up to ubin clock wise then we proceed to OBS, Cut a cross the channel to channel to coney tips and back to CSSC with our kayak Dancer. Total Journey = 24km
At 1st when we set off, the sea was rough. when we cut a cross the CSSC channel to ubin, it was a bit difficuit to paddled for kian how and eugene. After we reached the chat jawa, we having a 2 mins water break. After the water break we carry on with our journey, when we reached the OBS camp site, the wind was getting a bit heavy and we was show lots of cuttle Sealing. We was trying to escaped them, after we gone far away frm the OBS cuttle sealing, we checked the channel was cleared and we cross over to the coney island. When we reached the coney we took a rest there and we were emptied our our kayak.
After our rest, we started to get ready once everybody gather we started to proceed back to Cssc. We kayaked to CSSC along the pasir ris coastline, when we reached tyhe CSSC is abt 4pm. We started to bring our equipment up to washing area washed and returned them back to store.
And we go and bath.
After our bathing, I was asked them to gathered around the toilet banches, and I went to office to measured the distance of we paddle. I was unsure how to measured the distance frm the map and i was got joked by MT, after a while Erik came over and shared with me how tio measured the distance frm map, finally i know how to measured and got and actual distacne frm the map.
After that I and jiahui was given them the debrief of the expedition, we shared with them the important of checking tide andhow to paddle against tide, how to paddle with the tide race and so general knowleade of safety while going for sea expedition. And then we end of the day with them.
